Time to Start Christmas Shopping!

I am putting pictures up of the last two months of DI goodies.  Don't be jel!

Awesome children's books:
$.25 - $.50

Great adult fiction: $1 apiece

Young adult books: $.50 - $1
I am getting all the HP books
in paperback for Truman.
I still need 3, 6, & 7

Judge me all you want--I loved Great
Illustrated Classics when I was a kid.  My
favorite was 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea
Truman got Labyrinth ($2) and it's
his new favorite game.  He wants
to set it up at the park and charge
people to play . . . hmmmmm

Beautiful cake platter: $1--if you came to
Calvin's blessing, then you got to eat
divine cheesecake served on this dish.

One of Brigham's goodies: $1

Okay, I got this homemade speaker tower
for $5.  But I am using it to make (drumroll,
please) a duck house for my ducks!
DNTBJLS
Sun pot for my hens & chicks garden: $.50

Whoooooooo owlways finds owls? $.50

My favorite gift to give: buy clean baskets
at DI (I never pay more than $.75), then
get some gingham fabric and cut it into
18-inch squares.  Fill with hot, homemade
muffins & tell your friends to keep the basket.

I got this back in June:
TV/VCR combo for $15.
WORTH.  EVERY.  PENNY.
Um . . . I'm noticing a pattern with what
Mollie chooses at the DI.  These are her
goodies from the past four months.

Christmas gift for Truman: $2

Wretched Christmas gift for Mollie: $.50.
I wonder if she'll like it?

Christmas gift for Brig: $.50

Christmas gift for Truman: $3
We have all the Star Wars on DVD,
but Truman always wants to watch
them in the treehouse on VHS.

Christmas for Mollie: $1 (I always look for
the Barbies with permanent "clothes"--
they're still scandalous, but a little less so.)

Truman's half-pipe goody that
Brigham plays with every day:
only fifty cents!

You don't need I.D.--you just need D.I.
